Green Hills Pediatrics - Missed Appointment Policy

We want to inform you of a new policy that will begin effective immediately.

Due to an extremely high amount of missed appointments and last minute cancellations, we are going to have to begin charging for missed appointments and cancellations. We will be charging $50 per child that does not show up or does not cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment time.

If you are running late, please call the office and let us know, and we will work you in at the doctor’s discretion or reschedule, if needed.

Especially during summer, the schedules are tight and appointment times are coveted. We are doing our best to accommodate everyone’s needs for back-to-school checkups and sick appointments. In order to respect the other patients in our practice and the physicians' time, please do your best to keep your scheduled appointment or call in advance to reschedule if you cannot make it.
